Our frequently asked questions
If you are eligible to take part in an incentive you will be given the correct permissions and will see the incentive tile appear on your Homepage. If you believe you should be able to access an incentive, but can’t see it on your homepage, please use the contact form to submit your query and a member of the support team will get back to you.
If you are having issues logging in, please try the forgotten password link from the login page.
Please check your junk or spam folders. If you still don’t have the email please use the Contact form to get in touch with the team, who will be able to reset your password for you.
Please ensure you’ve typed it correctly or copied it with no spaces at the start or end. If you are still having issues, please use the Contact form to submit your query and a member of the support team will get back to you.
Please lookout for an email from support@ccrewards.co.uk – they will contact you within 5 working days of winning a spot prize (e.g. from a scratch card, advent calendar etc.) with the details of your prize.
Winners will be announced internally after the incentive closed date. Keep your eyes peeled for the announcement!
